Day 2 of Bubble Burst Event #87, $2,500 Mixed Omaha/Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or better at WSOP Books at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas Medium. At the start of the second day, 247 of the 460 registered players stayed, for a prize pool of $1,023,500. In the end, only 37 players remained, all of whom shared at least a share of the $5,762 jackpot.

In the lead is Nick Pupillo with 1,298.000 in chips. Yuval Bronshtein was second with 1,260,000 and Jeffrey Trudeau was third with 1,106,000. They are the only players with seven figures in chips, followed by Blaz Zerjav with 762,000.

Other notables who made it to Day 3 include Ari Engel (663,000) and Day 1 chip leader Patrick Leonard (651,000). Meanwhile, Todd Brunson (196,000), David “Bakes” Baker (173,000) and four-time bracelet winner Brad Ruben (167,000 ) were also in it with their smaller stacks heading into the third day.

That was not the case for Andres Korn, a Latino mixed game specialist who lost and won the WSOP.
